In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase we will happily exchange the item within 28 days of purchase or issue a credit note for the full amount providing that the goods are returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging and come with their receipt.

We offer 3 months guarantee on Pre owned jewellery items.
